How is everyone doing? I am well. I am delivered from me. lol Yes I took a year to mourn a true friend. A human being. I love it to feel life in my blood, to know I am authentic in my being. So with fall here in Louisiana and the weather just great I turn a page. These last three months are for me to release, love, be joyous and have lots of sex. Yes I said it. Today I started the Master Cleanse. I will blog here my feelings, thoughts and just what is happening with me as I go through this 30 day process. Oh yeah headed to Colorado in November. Life gives me what I ask every time. I have desired to go there for a while and now the universe has open that path effortlessly. As I continue to get everyone outdoors and push for humanity to love each other I am more empowered. Next week the fall newsletter of Open Spaces will go out. I will be birding in even in the winter so stay tune for pictures of what I catch out in the community. This weekend I will be in Arkansas doing some photography shots of scenic route 7. I hope to stop in on a friend I know from the park service too. One thing I must say part of my southeastern travels is to dispel the notion about the South. For me I never thought I would come to Mississippi or actually enjoy the state. I have actually enjoyed my travels in Mississippi and the people. All places have issues but we can no longer afford to allow demographics to keep boundaries between us. One of the ways to raise consciousness is to dialogue and interact. I find it is through interaction I dislike stereotype thinking and ideas. By the way that picture is taken on the Outer Banks at Cape Hatteras Lighthouse in North Carolina.
