Post Graduation

It is done. I'm complete. I have finished my Masters. What is next? I think I'm suppose to say something profound or announce a great job with millions in the works. That isn't happening though I'm open for the money part. I have a student loan to pay back. I can say this about my journey. I'm clear I'm doing what is next for me no matter how that looks. I have released so much stress out of my body after sending the last assignment. It is something to relish coming home and not rushing through dinner to get to homework and get it done before midnight. I'm thankful for the Park Service giving me a flex work schedule so I could accomplish this goal. I desire to stay honest to my Professional Action Plan. We wrote out how we are going to accomplish our goals, our support team and what is next for us in the coming days, months and years.  I know for me to be on track and not let things go after the novelty wears off I need a vision board. The next six months this blog and my vision board are going to support me in rewriting Chasing Home.
This is my way to not play on the internet or watch movies all day or do nothing with my time. Keep me honest people. Ask the questions about the e-Book.
Now it begins. The real work of writing down all the stories inside my head. The courage to take the storytelling stage by storm and just rock it.
I went on a trip a few weeks ago to Yosemite. It was a rare treat to access the park from the Tigoa Pass this late in the winter. Out west we are having a warm winter.  That weekend was just great. The days were mild and the nights cold but not bitter. Hiking up toward Half Dome I saw this tree knob. It fascinated me because of the grooves and pits. It reminded me of life. Living life that it is. You can find your groove or fall into the pits. I'm finding my groove.
